Can I Cancel My Order(s)? Yes. Cancellation MUST be made within 12 hours of order placement. You are required to send us an email within 12 hours stating the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside of 12 hours, because our orders are automatically sent to our logistics and fulfillment departments to process within that time frame.
Our Refund Period Last 30 Days
If you wish to cancel, but your order has already shipped, then you must wait until you receive your product, before you can return it back to us. Unfortunately, customers will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse at the customer's expense. Once we receive the product and inspection the product, a full refund will be issued.
NOTE: Our team will inspect and evaluate the condition of the product and verify it's condition before issuing a refund. Available Gift reserves all rights to refuse any refunds or replacements if it does not pass inspection or meet our criteria.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, yet, please be sure to check with your credit card company and/or payment institution (Bank, PayPal, etc). It may take some time for your refund to be processed and posted.
